Our Story
Hello, I am Laima Ferguson, the owner, cake designer and baker at Robin and Ava Artisan Bakery. We are an award winning wedding cake design company achieving Bronze for 2021 and 2022 at the Cake International Birmingham. We specialize in delicious and natural flavours combined with luxury sugarpaste florals and ruffles...a touch of gold...sugar pearls, Intricate details - all made to perfection.
Our Passion
Robin and Ava Artisan Bakery was born in 2019 inspired from the very begining of life - its purity, honesty and beauty of its simplicity yet so complictated. From a new born baby (my two little ones), from our beautiful nature and its floral world (beautiful gardens and parks), fresh local produce straight from the farmers (imagine freshly churned butter, fresh eggs). The aim was and is to bake most delicious bakes using natural and honest ingredients whilst supporting local producers.
Our Values
We believe that the most natural and and highest quality ingredients like fresh butter and free range eggs combined with high quality flour naturally creates most delicious combinations of soft sponge and silky buttercream.
Organic - where possible we use organic ingredients
Environmentally friendly - we recycle all our ingredients packaging and our products are packed in environmentally friendly packaging.
Currently working on some new vegan friendly confectionery and bakes.
